Returns & return costs
We will cover the return costs for items that have arrived damaged or incomplete.
If you wish to return an item because you do not like it, you will bear the cost of the return shipment. In addition, the product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging so that it is suitable for resale. These criteria will be checked by our claims department as soon as we receive your return shipment.

Reimbursement of costs
As soon as we have received your return and have received positive feedback from our claims department, the system will automatically issue a refund to your previously selected payment method.
Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 14 working days.
